When I first arrived for physical therapy, I was experiencing difficulty sitting for any period of time, let alone performing physical activity. Through hands-on treatments and specific exercises, I’ve been able to regain control of my life and do things I never thought I’d be able to do again.
I recently climbed the stairs at the Eiffel Tower and hiked El Yunque National Forest in Puerto Rico, and my back felt great — I even drove 20 hours straight in just one day!
