Recently, there has been an increase in the dialogue around posture. As a physical therapist who addresses posture and body mechanics with every client I work with, I want to share my viewpoint.
Regardless of sitting or standing, we are primarily static when at work. This is unavoidable to a degree. However, we can mitigate the detrimental impact of being static by implementing some simple adjustments to create an optimal ergonomic workplace.
